You’ll find the entrance to the acclaimed Wood Lake Nature Center just a half-block away. This 150-acre natural area features miles of trails that offer year-round opportunities for environmental education, wildlife viewing, and outdoor recreation.
Walk a block to the north and you come to 24-acre Richfield Lake Park, with a tree-lined 1-mile paved trail around the lake where you can enjoy a wide variety of waterfowl and birds.
City Bella is located near one of the Twin Cities premier birding locations: Wood Lake Nature Center. More than 200 bird species have been sighted within its 150 acres, though the number of frequently seen species is probably in the range of 140 to 150 species.
